The stresses of our lives often cause us to carry excess tension in our neck and jaws. Lying comfortably on a yoga mat, you will be guided through slow and gentle movements that will help you to:
• reduce jaw pain
• relax the neck muscles
• turn your head more easily
• reduce the severity and frequency of headaches

About Harold

Harold Tausch graduated from the New York Feldenkrais Professional Training Program in 1991. In addition to Feldenkrais, he has extensive experience with various movement related disciplines including modern dance, yoga, theatre, and contact improvisation. Harold brings a warm, relaxing presence and a sense of fun to his workshops. He has taught workshops and classes throughout Ontario and maintains  a private practice in Toronto with occasional forays to Dundas and Sault Ste. Marie.

Beloved yoga teacher Cheryl Durst is visiting Dundas from out west, and is offering one of her signature Yoga and Movement classes on Monday, May 20 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Cheryl's class is a practice that explores the strength of moving slowly and the power of being in the relaxation response of the central nervous system through earthing/using gravity. It’s a practice that is intended to teach you to be fully awake and strong within a calm relaxed body and mind.


About Cheryl 

Cheryl has been studying and practicing yoga, and different forms of fitness for over 30 years.  Her knowledge stems from years of training and exploration of various forms of movement such as aerobic fitness classes, dance, somatic movement, developmental movement and many styles of yoga including Astanga, Iyengar, Yoga Nidra and Restorative.
