Relax your Shoulders with the Feldenkrais Method®

Most of us carry a lot of tension in our shoulders, whether from working at a desk in front of a computer or just the stresses of life. The shoulders are often carried higher than is ideal and rounded forwards, often resulting in stiff necks and poor posture.This workshop will focus on relaxing your shoulders and the area between your neck and shoulders and increasing the mobility of your shoulder blades. The slow, gentle Awareness Through Movement® exercises will help you to let go of tension in your shoulders, help your shoulders to drop down and back, and increase the range of movement of your shoulders.
